My name is Desziree Richardson, founder and CEO of Women of Heart Awards, recognising women making a difference in the world by celebrating her simple story to her most powerful and influential.

Women of Hearts are everywhere, from the street block apartment to the foster carer in the village who have given back her time raising and caring for children, to the CEO in the nations capital rise who has invested in the charitable development of society, to the grassroots women; to the advocate voice and to the activist on the battlefield every day fighting for women’s rights. We are with you, and we celebrate you.
